We were sorry to hear that Penny Jordan, prolific author of popular romances set in modern times, died at the end of last year.She had a huge output under various names (Caroline Courtney and Melinda Wright among them) but, in Cotswold Bookstore, we know her mainly for her wartime romances set in Liverpool which were written under the name of Annie Groves.
They have always been very popular but, if you've not tried them, look in, for we have many of them on our £3.99 shelves (reduced from £6.99)
