Walks are the delight of my days
Says my dog.
I chase a ball
And rabbits and crows and foxes
And sniff.
He likes to walk too.
I have seen him look, with evident delight, at the towering clouds,
At a ribbon of flying geese,
At a butterfly.
Pointless I think but,
Ah, the smells!
